Once I reach my adult size, I’m expected to weigh between 45–75 lbs. I’m KC registered. I can’t wait to fill your home with snuggles and tail wags. A Golden Retriever is far, far more than just a warm, cuddly buddy. In fact they love to be out and about; this breed is no couch potato. So prepare for lots of good walks, plenty of active plays, and a perfect companion to go jogging with! They are a strong breed too, often stronger than you think, so make sure you have plenty of strength and energy for your growing, bouncy and lively Golden Retriever, and their assortment of toys that they must have! So as your Golden Retriever puppy grows into adulthood they would love to have a garden to enjoy, have lots of walks, runs, and playtime and be around water. This is a breed that simply adores swimming, and will jump in and play in water every day. Your Golden Retriever would want a home where they are not alone for too long, as they just want to be around people. They will be so happy to have someone by their side all through the day, and it would curb some of their mischievous nature when left alone for too long.
